Throughout his career, Andrew deGroot has gained extensive knowledge in the field of Student Code of Conduct, Bullying and Harassment, and Sexualized Violence. With this experience, he has acquired an understanding of the investigation process, the tools necessary, and the methodology required for success. However, what he has grown to appreciate even more is the opportunity to guide students through the Student Code of Conduct process. He recognizes it as a chance to connect with and foster the development of each individual.

Experience
Andrew deGroot successfully obtained his Master of Arts degree and devoted his capstone project to investigating the essential link between Student Development and the processes involved in maintaining a Student Code of Conduct. Throughout his career in Higher Education, he has consistently worked towards developing students comprehensively while ensuring their adherence to the Student Code of Conduct. Currently, he holds the position of Chair in the Association of Student Code of Conduct committee and serves as the Director of Residence and Student Code of Conduct at Trinity Western University. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Andrew continues to lead and inspire his team in creating a secure and nurturing learning environment for students.
