Additionally, upon request and approval, we conduct interviews with staff members, complainants, and respondents.

Additionally, we will conduct an external evaluation of how these policies are presented to employees, customers, and students, whether it be on your organization's website or within your organization.

Our approach comprises four fundamental stages. Initially, we collect data from both internal and external sources. Subsequently, we scrutinize documents thoroughly. Next, we formulate a comprehensive report highlighting the strengths, opportunities, and weaknesses. Finally, we schedule a meeting with you to review our findings.

With our Fundamental Audits, we provide a comprehensive external evaluation of your organization's policies, procedures, and documents. Through this process, we identify areas of strength, opportunities for improvement, and weaknesses that are highlighted in a detailed final report. We will then schedule a meeting with you to review the results and discuss any necessary next steps

Subsequently, we arrange a meeting with you to go over the findings and address any necessary follow-up steps.
